I hadn't used Floom before. I guess I found it by accident. I needed some flowers delivered same-day to the restaurant I was taking my girlfriend. It was pretty great! I gave my name to the waiter at the counter and I watched as he grabbed the flowers and placed them on the table. My girlfriend saw none of this. We followed the waiter to the table and only then saw them. Later she said to me "That was pretty smooth having the flowers delivered to the restaurant". Damn straight baby! She loved it! I would also like to shout out to Abigails flowers, the florist who created the arrangement. Very sweet!

I needed a last minute delivery of flowers the next day, a Sunday. I did not expect to find options but Floom was a hit. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I highly recommend Floom!

The flowers are not only very small but look absolutely nothing like the photo - not the same flowers or colours and some were already wilted - not at all satisfied considering the price.

Awful. No communication, late delivery, ineffective customer service

Overall, very pleased with Floom! I ordered same-day delivery and the flowers came and were in great shape. They even followed the delivery instructions to a tee, which was great! The only negative was the flowers were delivered around 7pm, when the delivery window was supposed to be 10-6p, but that was only a slight inconvenience.
