Good delivery and customer service. But the flower quality was quite low. Almost like the flowers had been frozen, they never bloomed or changed after the arrival day, but rather immediately started to die. Beautiful looking arrangement, but clearly not designed to look nice past the day they arrive.

I have a very good experience with Foolm. Has used it a lot! Maybe it would be nice to get a message when the request of delivery time doesn’t wirk. The flowers were delivered on time. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked unique. The peach colours of the flowers with the berries blended so well together.

Not anything like the flowers shown in the image & customer services don’t care to listen. A waste of precious money for terrible value. Avoid.

We live in Rhode Island USA and ordered a Christmas wreath for our daughter and son-in-law who just moved to a townhouse in Barnes. They were surprised and delighted to receive it, saying it was beautiful and provided the perfect missing finishing touch to their new home. The driver left the flowers with the neighbour even though the recipient was home and i had provided her number just in case anyway. Maybe hire people that actually try to reach the recipient before resorting to plan B. Having to tell my girlfriend that she needs to go pick up flowers at her neighbour's completely ruins the surprise and therefore defeats the whole point of your service.

I've been using Floom for a few years, and have always been very pleased with the quality of the flowers from the local florists that they use and with their excellent customer service. We’ve ordered from you before and have been very satisfied. This time, although the wreath was beautiful, the delivery person left it in the lobby of our block of flats rather than bring it up to our flat (2nd floor - we had buzzed him in so he knew we were home). In comparison, this was the only time our Floom order hadn’t been brought up to our door.

I’m in Australia and getting flowers delivered to an area of London I’m unfamiliar with seemed like a big hassle. Ordering through Floom took a couple of minutes, the flowers were delivered the next day and they were gorgeous (exactly as on the website)!
