The floral arrangement was smaller than what was pictured. It is what it is but for the price, we were expecting a bigger arrangement or at least comparable one to what was pictured.

Great convenience and service. Flowers arrived 10 am on Valentine's day, delivered directly to our front door. Personal note was accurate and flowers were beautiful despite VDay being the busiest day for them.

I sent flowers for Mother's Day and at the last minute on the day of, I got a message saying the florist had closed and the flowers couldn't be sent until the next day. They did refund me my shipping fee though.
