I've used Floom at least 5 times and 4 out of 5, what was delivered looked exactly like the picture on the site. Flowers are always delivered by when promised and good quality. I do wish the website UI was easier to navigate - ie I would love the option to filter by price, or click into images without having to start all the way back at the top of all the options again when I go back.

The service is very convenient and has easy-to-use filters and sorting options. It is sometimes hard to see what you're getting for your money and on this occasion I was slightly let down by the cost when looking at what I received.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my friend for Thanksgiving. She’s not a fan of roses, so I found a lovely mix of fall flowers in the rectangular wooden box to but for her. When I went to her home, i saw that what she received didn’t resemble what I ordered in the slightest. It was in a bluish vase, with orange, yellow and purple roses, mixed with sunflowers. I was totally disappointed. I’ve never had this experience with Floom before. I’ve sent them a picture of what I received and I’m waiting for them to conduct their investigation, but I hope they are able to make this right!

My sister had lost her beloved cat suddenly, and with Floom we were able to get her a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered on the same day. She also dislikes flowers, and Floom had such a variety of bouquets that I was able to find a bouquet that was beautiful and had no roses.

Floom was amazing to work with. When there was an issue delivering my bouquet on Time I immediately received a text message from someone at the store and we were able to find a quick solution. They were also very responsive to questions about the delivery itself, and I was able to reach out to the driver easily to help. The flowers themselves were beautiful and fresh. Would highly recommend working with Floom!

The florist was amazing and went above and beyond when I realized that I'd ordered a bouquet from their location that was 1 hour away from the recipient instead of ordering from the location that was 15 minutes away from her. The florist made it right and the bouquet was stunning! Unfortunately, Floom's customer service sucks. The telephone number on their website doesn't work and the "Live Chat" was turned off. So I contacted the florist directly and thankfully I caught him 5 minutes before his shop closed.

Quick fast delivery. They called me immediately about having to change my flowers. They were great!

The delivery was more than an hour late, and arrived after 7pm (outside of the 11-6pm delivery window). Otherwise the arrangement was beautiful.

Finding the perfect was arrangement was easy with Floom! Sometimes flowers can be overwhelming but the site is very user friendly and there were several beautiful bouquets to choose from!

Didn’t know I would be charged international fee since it made it seem like this was local US. Communication was terrible, my flowers were delivered over 12 hours after order was placed, and past the guarantee time. My friend said the flowers were pretty which is why I’m giving 2 stars, but next time I will just order directly from florist bc these were way more expensive (assume Floom fee) and not worth it at all

Okay, the pros are the website is easy to maneuver, quite beautiful, and I *think* I got the flowers sent where I wanted? The downside is it's pretty pricey, inexplicably the flowers were delivered a full 24 hours early- I *think* this should be okay in my individual case, but isn't it, like, important that the scheduling be noted? It seems like we're supporting local florists here and there which is awesome, and I hate calling individual businesses, so anything that simplifies matters and empowers local businesses is really good.

Terrible. Ordered multiple days in advance to get my girlfriend flowers before leaving for her birthday vacation for the delivery to not to get there before we left. Keep in mind that I agreed to pay the expensive amount for your service because it said delivery was between 11am and 6pm - this certainly wasn’t the case as my neighbor had to receive the flowers for us after we had already left at 7:30pm! Absolutely ridiculous and I truly hope to get refunded for this as the experience was horrible.

The flowers were lovely, and the ordering process very efficient and well-delivered.

I've now made two deliveries on Floom and each time, the delivery and timeliness have been incredible! I have not been disappointed and they have surpassed my expectations every time. Highly recommend!

I wanted a quick pick me up present for my sister across the country. A quick web search later I found Floom and a variety of beautiful, unique arrangements that didn’t look mass produced and could be delivered the same day. My sister loved the bouquet and how well it was presented, and so did her cat!

The bouquet was not delivered, received only fake delivery report!!! They don’t answer my emails. Very poor service, would not recommend!

I loved how easy it was to find local florists that deliver on a same-day basis (perfect for last-minute gifters like me). I found a beautiful peony and rose bouquet for my friend from a shop in her neighborhood, and she absolutely loved it. The only thing I would improve about my experience was the loading time on the mobile site - it lagged quite a bit. Overall, I'm very happy with Floom and the many different bouquet options it offers from local florists.
