I wanted to send my daughter-in-law some flowers for her birthday - which is 4th July, so always fireworks! She is in New York and I'm in the UK, but Floom made it so easy to order, I chose the date I wanted them delivered and it all worked perfectly.

Although I asked the flowers to be delivered as earliest as possible, you say it was delivered an hour and a half after the closing of deliveries (7:30 pm), AND it was never actually delivered. Worst experience, so disappointing.

Everything was good except my order was marked as delivered before it was actually handed to the person, which ruined the surprise a bit

3/9 of the dahlias that were included in the bouquet were dying and discolored the day they arrived. Terrible for white flowers. Really not what I expected from the quality of the website and the price.

Beautiful flowers and prompt customer service, but the order was marked delivered ~1.5 hours before it actually happened. That started a customer service cycle of "did you check the area? Did you check with a neighbor?" when the delivery hadn't been made yet.
