They were beautiful and delivered in 2days as promised. My sister was in tears, she lives in a small mountain town and couldn't believe they were delivered so quickly and were fresh.

I ordered flowers as a surprise to send to my daughter, who is a first responder. She has not received the flowers. Since this incident occurred during Friday and led into Sunday there was no customer service to help me. I still don't understand why no one called my daughter on her cell to let her know that she would be receiving flowers? I have used Floom many times before but this has been the most disappointing experience. I will be using a different carrier in the future.

They delivered it to a semi-complicated address with no issues. Will definitely be ordering again!

I am so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my daughter and they we couldn't find them. I reached out four times (left two voice messages and contacted you customer care department and never heard back. We found them late last night in the mail delivery room in a smashed box...that clearly was damages by the delivery person. Some of the flowers are damaged. Im most disappointed that noone contacted me back. (Order # 6b69812)

Being exact is very important to me and the flowers were delivered right at the appointed time and in good condition.

Sorry to say this, but flowers worth &100+ should be looking at the least decent. The flowers delivery barely hang on for a day. Very disappointed. I should have taken the reviews I read seriously but I wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt. Very disappointing and embarrassing to apologize for sending those flowers to someone I cared for. Roses were dying the next day .

Flowers were just left at the door without notice, it was hot outside and they died shortly after delivery.

The recipient reports she is very pleased with the flowers, which is most important. Otherwise, the ordering process was easy and the communication about the status of the delivery was very good, although initially it was hard to understand exactly when the projected delivery date would be.

It might have been the last opportunity to say happy birthday (hopefully not, but we’ll have to see) to a true friend and Floom made it special.

The gift that I ordered, a plant was not the same plant that was delivered. If you offer options and a customer selects a specific option the expectation is that the same item will be delivered.

Would prefer a telephone contact to chat, but chat agent went as far as she could to get me the product I wanted. Would love to have a service that allowed client to enter a photo of a bouquet and be connected with providers that could produce same/similar. I have not seen the flowers I sent buy recipient was very pleased. So personal help 5; contact options 3; ability to personalize 3; product tbd.
